You can choose the colour and discuss any themes, flowers ect that you would like to feature. We will work one to one with you to make sure your frame is just perfect.
Cremation ashes, hair, jewellery, photos and other personal items can also be preserved in these pieces making them a timeless memorial.
Upon ordering one of these frames, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your requirements and arrange a pack to be sent out for you to return with any items you want to be included. Our team can print off any pictures you want to use.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
Given the personal nature of each piece we create all completed orders are non refundable.
Should you be dissatisfied with your order please contact us via email and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
All items are sold with a 14 calendar day cooling off period. Should you wish to cancel or amend your order in this time then use the contact us page where we can assist you further.
PRODUCT INFO
As all our products are made by hand some slight imperfections may occur in some pieces. Such as small air bubbles or slight differences in colour.
Please be sure to keep these pieces out of direct sunlight as they are made from resin and clear resin can yellow with prolonged periods in UV light.
SHIPPING INFO
If you request personal items in your heart then your order pack will be sent out within 3 days of us receiving payment.
Once we have received this back your item will be ready and shipped back to you next day recorded delivery within 2-5 weeks.
