Order pack sent out witching 3 days of payment for you to return with your deceased loved ones ashes/hair/fur. Any not used will be returned with your jewellery.

We run at a 2-5 week turnaround time for the completion of your item.
As all our products are made by hand some slight imperfections may occur in some pieces. Such as small air bubbles or slight differences in colour.

Given the personal nature of each piece we create all completed orders are non refundable.

Your order pack will be sent out within 3 days of us receiving payment.
Once we have received this back your item will be ready and shipped back to you next day recorded delivery within 2-5 weeks.
